JSC STP PZMC: Large-scale implementation of domestic VOLTECH guides and status in the Russian product registry

Amid the emergence of a new technological paradigm in Russian industry, the Perm Plant of Metalworking Centers Joint Venture (JSC STP PZMC) is demonstrating a confident transition to Russian-made components. The plant has not only successfully integrated products from the Omutninsk Metallurgical Plant (JSC OMZ) into its production lines but also secured its status as a long-term partner, moving from one-off purchases to large-scale deliveries.

A key factor in its success was the strategic decision of Perm specialists to trust the VOLTECH brand. Beginning with test batches, the company quickly recognized the high performance characteristics of Russian-made linear rolling guides. Today, JSC STP PZMC is one of the active customers of JSC OMZ products: the total volume of orders placed has already exceeded 100 units of ball and roller guides. This scale of purchases demonstrates the complete transition to domestically produced components in critical components of manufactured equipment.

The use of certified guides manufactured by the Omutninsk Metallurgical Plant was one of the determining factors for the inclusion of JSC STP PZMC products in the register of Russian industrial products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The high degree of localization, confirmed by the use of Russian high-precision components, allowed the plant to officially confirm its status as a national manufacturer and gain access to government support.

The partnership between JSC STP PZMC and JSC OMZ has become an example of effective cooperation within the country. The transition to regular supplies of more than a hundred components has allowed the Perm plant to minimize logistical risks, stabilize production costs, and guarantee the fulfillment of customer orders regardless of the international political climate.
